  We are giving the final decision to our customers. For example, some customer might select a cheap phone call to family members by line one. But when they are making a urgent calls, they will choose the other lines (As a comparison, you may choose taxi, mini bus, and big bus to downtown, they all can reach the destination, the difference is speed and ).

  Price is not the only reason. The lines are usually provided by different carrier, some times, if one of them system down or something, you can still get chance to be connected by dial through another line.

  Access your account management, create calling cards to your colleagues, for example, 5USD cards, you pass the card numbers to your colleagues (collect money of course), they dial "DestinationNumber + * + CardNumber", then they can make calls, for example, if the card number is 1111, and you want to call 00919822222, so you need dial 00919822222*1111.

  So, each person will have separate bills, to recharge their accounts, you can do fund transfer from your account management.

  To disable the direct call from this IP phone, simply go to your account management, deactivate your account is ok. The difference between active account and inactive account is, the inactive one can not make calls, until it will be reactive. The rest are all same.   B. Method two: access your account management, create calling cards to your neighborhoods, for example, 5USD cards, you pass the card numbers to your neighbors (collect money of course), they come to your ip phone, dial "DestinationNumber + * + CardNumber", then they can make calls, for example, if the card number is 1111, and you want to call 00919822222, so you need dial 00919822222*1111.   The software or IP phone will show 'connected' when they detected any voice stream from the network. So, while you are just listening the ring tone (for example, if you are calling to a mobile phone, and your friend has the music ring tone, maybe you can hear the music from the other side), it will show 'connected' on the terminal, but no worry, the system didn't charge you from this moment yet. When the call is connected, system will start charging.

  3 setups:
      
       a. Setup one management password for your account, so only you can access into your account management.
       b. Create one new calling card, and transfer your balance to this calling card.
       c. Deactivate your account.
  
  From now on, you use the new calling card to make the calls, because nobody know this card number, except you. The old account still can collect commission from your clients, but nobody can use your old account to make the phone call, because it's in inactive status.   One is software solution, you install software dialer in every computer, customer use computer to make the phone call, you don't need invest any on hardware, it's the cheapest solution, also it's very safe when you are doing this business in a voip restricted country. The dialer is windows messenger 5.1, it's almost no difference from MSN messenger. It's a beautiful advantage, because it looks like doing voice chatting by MSN only.

  MSN and Windows Messenger 5.1 is two program, but both from Microsoft. The design purpose little different. Messenger 5.1 comes with SP2, free combine with WindowXP+SP2. MSN you need download separately. Messenger 5.1 support SIP, which is phone call protocol, MSN don't have this function. But if you want to use Messenger 5.1 to do the MSN chatting, simply go to 'actions' - 'accounts' - select '.Net Account', then the messenger will be one software for both MSN chatting and phone call.

  The phone call will not working properly if there is a firewall in you network. Please make sure you have already close the windows firewall (control panel -- network setting -- right click the internet card icon -- properties -- advance -- firewall -- close), or if there is a firewall in company proxy, then you need negotiate with your network administrator

  The system will cut the call due to different reason, for example, your credit is not enough, there is no sound detected from the destination side, or there is no sound detected from your side (for example your internet connect lose), or the system is very busy all the lines are occupied, many different reason, etc. In this case, please check all your setting and try again.

  We have different lines, total 3 lines. When you are dialing 00372, it's line two. If in busy time, line two already get too many traffic, so you may try 03372.
  　
• I use the line 3 to make the call, but sometimes, line 1 even more clear than line 3, why?  (Back To Index)
  
  The design of different lines is to help you to get more chance to connect the destination number. Voice quality depends on many fact, like internet speed, city level internet traffic, country level internet traffic, this and that... It's hard to say line 3 must clear than line 1, but basically, line 3 has higher answer rate and higher quality in average.
